Randy Brolo, LIUNA 172 member, was appointed on March 1 to fill the vacant Burlington County Commissioner position. Randy is a proud delegate to the CLC and will continue labor's representation on the Board of County Commissioners. 

The Central Labor Council congratulated our union brother, Daniel O'Connell, for being named the Grand Marshal of the 2025 Burlington County St. Patrick's Parade. Dan retired from SMART Transportation after more than 35 years as a locomotive engineer and union representative.

February is Black History Month. And while we celebrate Black labor leaders and union members, both past and present, who have advanced real change, we won’t ignore the moment we find ourselves in right now.
