Ciattarelli Opposed Equal Pay

In 2012, Jack Ciattarelli voted against New Jersey’s equal pay legislation.

Ciatarelli Opposed Equal Pay

This bill was simple: if you’re getting shorted on pay because of your gender, each unfair paycheck counted, and you would get a fair chance to file a claim when found out. It was meant to make sure workers aren’t getting screwed by their employers.

Ciattarelli once again sided with Chris Christie who vetoed the bill. Bottom line: when workers needed stronger protections to fight pay discrimination, Ciattarelli sided with Christie and against New Jersey's working families. [A2650, 9/24/12]

Ciattarelli has shown his true colors – and we can’t trust him. The choice we have in November could not be clearer.
