June is Pride Month

June is PRIDE month and we stand with our LGBTQ+ members to recognize, celebrate and advocate for our brothers, sisters and union siblings both inside and outside the workplace. 

Labor unions support LGBTQ+ rights because every worker deserves dignity, fairness, and equal protection on the job. Standing up for all  workers helps ensure safe workplaces, strong anti-discrimination policies, and equal access to benefits and opportunities. By defending LGBTQ+ rights, unions strengthen solidarity and build a broader movement for justice for all working people.
